Had an awesome experience today! My hot water tank failed! Needed a warranty replacement, first plumber manufacturer called said next Tuesday! Then they recommended Hey Dude Plumbing! Gave them a call! Spoke with Mike, told him my tank problem and when I needed it done and he said give him a few minutes and he would see what he could do! He responded that they could get to it today if I was home! Matt came professional, knowledgeable, and did a flawless job! Answered questions I had, finished the job! Did some additional checking of the unit, called the manufacturer to get the parts ordered for the repair. Was able to temporarily reset my water heater control board, to get the water to heat. You won't find a better plumbing company than "Hey Dude Plumbing." The name threw me a curve, but I decided to call Michael at Hey Dude Plumbing, and he was amazing with his honesty and fair prices. Rheem Water Heating Corporation uses them as one of their 5-star contractors, who must meet strict professional standards of service, and then I read 200-plus other Google reviews, and not one complaint, which is rare to see so many positive 5-star reviews. They are an excellent plumbing company. They were very easy to contact by phone, and they returned my phone calls very quickly. No issues with them at all. I use them for all my plumbing needs; they are professional through and through. I'm not affiliated with them, just an old retired Navy vet who feels they deserve high praise for their hard work and honesty.

We had a pipe behind a toilet break right at the floor level and had to cut off water to the whole house to stop the flow. It was evening already, but we called Hey Dude Plumbing, and Jeremy came out quickly and was able to repair the pipe while the water mitigation guys were here.
